Giveaway Details

This giveaway is running from March 3rd at 10:00am until March 27th at 4:30pm, all entries sent after this date won’t be accepted. 

Participation Requirements

Users can enter the giveaway by sharing one of our giveaway posts on any of our social media platforms and submitting the Entry Form, found on our website.

Winner Selection

After the close of the competition, one winner will be selected randomly from entries. We will get in touch via email to arrange shipping. Shipment costs of the bottle will be covered by Decadent Drinks, however the shipment address must comply with our delivery zones as stated on our website. If this winner fails to answer requests for information then an alternate winner will be chosen. 

Participation validity

All entries must be over the age of 18 or the legal drinking age in your country. If we find that a user has lied about their age they may be disqualified. 

Prize

The prize for this giveaway is one bottle of Whiskyland Chapter Ten: Laphroaig 26 year old

Getting in touch with the winners

We will get in touch with the winner via email. The user must respond within 24 hours of this message otherwise an alternate will be chosen.

Posts or comments

Offensive, discriminatory and inappropriate comments that violate the rights of third parties will not be tolerated and allowed to enter the prize draws. These comments will be deleted and the users who shared them might be disqualified from participating in the contest and possibly in future giveaways as well.

Extensions or suspensions

We reserve the right to extend or cancel your prize promotions or contests in case of force majeure that prevent you from finalizing the giveaway.

Disqualifications and penalties

We reserve the right to withdraw participation or disqualify users that violate the terms and conditions of the promotion. 

Liability

Decadent Drinks is not responsible for winners’ misuse of the prizes or failure to comply with the terms and conditions.

Any personal data used to enter this competition will comply with GDPR regulations. The purpose of collecting this information will be to process the delivery of the prize. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contest. Participants' have the right to access the data, rectification, erasure, restrict processing, data portability, object and not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.
