Decadent Drinks began in 2018 as a creative side project between founders Angus MacRaild and Iain McClune. What started with the playful Whisky Sponge series quickly grew into the larger "Spongiverse," adding Rum, Cognac, and Wine Sponge bottlings. Five years in, we wrapped up the Sponge series and restructured our brands, launching Whiskyland as our flagship for rare whiskies, alongside Decadent Drams, Equinox & Solstice, and Old Orkney. Each brand now captures our passion for distinctive, character-driven spirits, with a touch of irreverent charm.
ARCHIVED BRANDS
Decadent Drinks has been active as a bottler now for just over five years. We've been very busy in that time and done a lot of bottlings. As part of planning for our future, we recently reorganised our brands and defined very clearly what our brand portfolio will look like for at least the coming five years. However, as part of that, we put to bed some other brands at the same time.
